Circulation

Impact to Highschool traffic circulation was an important consideration

• Traffic dropping off students shown in orange
• Many parents drop off students in ACE parking lot
• Very heavy eastbound right-turn volume conflicting with pedestrian crossings Euclid Avenue on the south side of 9th Street

BikeHAWK Impacts

Heavy Right Turn Volume conflicts with Pedestrian and Bicycles crossing at HAWK. This makes it difficult for left-turn and through vehicular movements to cross the intersection.

TOUCAN Impacts

Using a TOUCAN would allow school drop-offs to continue the same, but residents heading north will have to select alternative routes.
