ODOT TSM Field Technology Plan

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to develop a Transportation System Monitoring (TSM) Field Technology Plan to address ODOT’s needs for short-term, video, and continuous traffic counting. ODOT’s current traffic counting technology portfolio is aging and is becoming difficult for ODOT to maintain and support due to limited parts and technical knowledge. The TSM Unit wants to gain an understanding of the current and future needs for upstream traffic data collection from ODOT stakeholders and external partners.
