DESCRIPTION:Planning Commission Work Session #3 is scheduled for September 
 11\, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the St Helens City Council Chambers. The work ses
 sion will follow a public meeting and will include a brief presentation of 
 an evaluation of alternative design options for roads and intersections in 
 the project area\, as well as preliminary recommendations for preferred opt
 ions for each segment and intersection in the project area. The materials a

 time may be limited for public comment during the Planning Commission Work
