 m meeting earlier in the day. It will include a brief presentation of preli
 minary design options for streets and intersections in the study area\, fol
 lowed by a general discussion\, similar to the earlier meeting. The materia

 area are encouraged to attend\, particularly those along Gable Road\, Old P
 ortland Road\, Plymouth Street\, and St Helens Street within downtown. The 
 meeting will also be an opportunity for members of the Planning Commission 
 to review and comment on the design options\, along with members of the pub
 lic in attendance. Comments on the preliminary design alternatives (insert
