DESCRIPTION:The St Helens Riverfront Connector planning team is hosting the
  project’s first neighborhood meeting from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on January 16\
 , 2018 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall in St Helens. The purpose 
 of the meeting is to engage local business and property owners in the proje
 ct area\, particularly those along Gable Road\, Old Portland Road\, Plymout
 h Street\, and St Helens Street within downtown to gather information on ho
 w they use transportation facilities in the area\, and determine their need
 s and desires for the project area in the future. If you can’t make it duri
 ng that time\, please feel free to drop in any time between 4 and 6 p.m. to
  talk to project team members\, learn more about the planning process\, and
  tell us what you feel are the most important issues to be addressed while
