DESCRIPTION:This meeting will include a formal vote by the City Council to 
 adopt the Corridor Master Plan and associated Comprehensive Plan and Develo
 pment Code Amendments. The most final versions of both documents are now av

 04). The City Council recommended adoption of these documents at its Decemb
 er 17 meeting and expects to affirm that recommendation at the upcoming mee
 ting. The proposed Corridor Master Plan and associated amendments to the Ci
 ty’s Comprehensive Plan\, Transportation System Master Plan and Development
  Code represent 18 months of work by city staff\, a consulting team and mem
 bers of citizens and technical advisory committees\, property and business 
 owners\, the City’s Planning Commission and Council and other community mem
 bers to improve the appearance\, safety and economic vitality of the US 30 
 and Columbia Boulevard/St. Helens Street corridors.
