  area\, particularly those along US 30\, St Helens Street\, and Columbia Bo
 ulevard and in the Old Towne and Houlton areas to join us between 12:30 and
  1:30 p.m. on October 7th at the South Columbia County Chamber of Commerce 
 office in St Helens. If you can’t make it during that time\, please feel fr
 ee to drop in any time before 4:00 p.m. to talk to project team members and
  learn more about the planning process. We would also like to know what you
  feel are the most important issues to be addressed while planning for tran
